This option is available for S100A and SM100A Trek Transponders. It is an externally mounted loud beeping piezo alarm, with cancel switch, which produces a loud acoustic sound on board in the event of selected alarms. For example loud acoustic alarm of flooding bilge or gas fumes can be enabled, especially valuable if you are sleeping on board.
The alarm sound can be cancelled with the Trek Transponder SMS D command (disarm) or its local Reset Button.

The alarm sound can also be remotely turned on by command from your mobile phone so can be used as an intruder deterrent.
The alarm sound can be cancelled with the Trek Transponder SMS D command (disarm) or its local Reset Button.
